Hattie Nichols LLB MBACP
Hello, I'm Hattie.
I'm a women's therapist and I support women & mums during challenging times in their lives - helping them to explore their experiences, to develop greater self - understanding and to move forward with both clarity and confidence.
I specialise in supporting women and mums through difficult life stages and events, including the postnatal period & early motherhood, peri-menopause & menopause, relationship struggles, family issues and difficulties at work - including working with challenging feelings such as anxiety, overwhelm, stress, low mood and / or low self esteem.
I have a particular interest in the transitions affecting women and I have worked at a Brighton-based women's counselling charity for a number of years supporting women's mental health during their most challenging life transitions - including becoming a mum or birthing parent, peri-menopause and menopause.
I am passionate about the issues that affect women and I would be pleased to support you.
I offer a warm, welcoming and non - judgmental space, where every topic is welcome. You can explore your thoughts, feelings and emotions and together we will untangle the complexities of whatever it is that you are going through and find a meaningful path forward.
If it feels helpful, we can also explore nature connection and breathing and grounding exercises
in sessions which can help with feelings such as stress, anxiety and overwhelm and also help with nervous system regulation.
I work online, in-person and in nature.
You’re welcome to explore the rest of my website, where you will find more about what I offer.
If you feel ready to take the next step - or if you have any questions - I'd love to hear from you.
Hattie
