Hello, I'm Hattie.

I'm a women's therapist and I support women & mums during challenging times in their lives - helping them to explore the issues they are facing, to develop greater self - understanding and to move forward with both clarity and confidence.

I am passionate about the issues that affect women and I would be pleased to support you.

I specialise in supporting women with emotional difficulties, difficult life events and women who are going through a difficult life stage. You might be someone who is feeling anxious, overwhelmed, stressed, lost or like you don't know who you are anymore .... you may be experiencing relationship struggles/family issues, work-related stress, struggles with motherhood and / or an identity shift.
I also have an additional specialism in the transition to motherhood / the postnatal period and peri-menopause, having worked in these areas for a local women's counselling charity for a number of years. You might be feeling anxious or overwhelmed with motherhood, feeling like you are failing as a mum, struggling with your new identity or feeling sad that it is not how you expected it to be.

If any of this feels familiar, you are not alone and I am here to help.

I offer a warm, welcoming and non - judgmental space, where every topic is welcome. You can explore your thoughts, feelings and emotions and together we will untangle the complexities of whatever it is that you are going through and find a meaningful path forward.

I work online, in person & in nature.
