Women's Mental Health
People come to see a counsellor for many reasons - some people come to learn more about themselves, others for help with symptoms relating to their mental health and others for support in navigating a life event... whatever your is reason for seeking counselling, I am here to support you with both compassion and understanding.
I support women through difficult life events, emotional challenges and life stages / transitions. I understand what it is like to face a crossroads in life, to go through a big life event or change or to feel low, anxious, lost or disconnected - and just how overwhelming this can feel when juggling various roles and responsibilities. I help women to explore the issues they are facing, to develop greater self- understanding and to move forward with both clarity and confidence.
I would love to support your wellbeing and to help you find some balance.

Book a Connection Call
I offer a FREE 15 - 20 MINUTE CONNECTION CALL
We can have a brief, informal chat — online or by phone — to explore whether working together feels like the right fit for you. This isn’t a therapy session, just a relaxed opportunity to ask any questions and to get a feel for how I work.
There is no obligation to book any sessions afterwards.
