Walk and Talk

Walk and Talk

Ashdown Forest

I offer walking therapy at various locations across Ashdown Forest, East Sussex.

Walking in nature can help you to find new perspectives,  to come out of a busy mind and to connect to both yourself and to the world around you.  Many of my clients find that being outside in nature feels calming - helping to improve mood, reduce feelings of stress and anxiety  and to restore a sense of balance.

We will walk at your pace - just sitting together if that feels right for you. â€‹

Sessions are on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays.

You can read more about what to expect in our sessions here.

Further information on sessions and fees can be found on my FAQ page, but do get in touch if you have any questions.

Woodland Counselling

Hadlow Down
(close to Heathfield, Horam, Uckfield & Crowborough)

I offer woodland counselling from a cosy cabin known as "The Heath Hut" located at Wilderness Wood in Hadlow Down The woodburner keeps us cosy and warm in the winter and the skylight looks up to the tree canopy above. The Health Hut is nestled in a secluded and private spot under the trees - herbal tea also included!

Many of my clients who come to the hut find that being surrounded by nature helps to create a sense of ease and openness that is not always easy to find in more traditional style therapy rooms. It also provides a sanctuary away from the bustle of everyday life, helping you to gain a sense of presence for your sessions and to feel supported and nourished by the natural surroundings.

The health hut is conveniently only a short walk from a (free) car park at the woods, with easy access on foot.

Book a Connection Call

I offer a FREE 15 - 20 MINUTE CONNECTION CALL

We can have a brief, informal chat — online or by phone — to explore whether working together feels like the right fit for you. This isn’t a therapy session, just a relaxed opportunity to ask any questions and to get a feel for how I work.

There is no obligation to book any sessions afterwards.
