Online Therapy
I offer online therapy for women and mums/birthing parents - UK wide

Online Therapy
I offer online counselling using Google Meet - a very intuitive and easy to use online platform for our sessions.
Working together online means that you can engage in your therapy sessions from a space and at a time that suits you. Many clients speak to me from their own homes and like to be in a familiar setting as it can help them to feel at ease.
Online therapy is flexible and so you can choose times that fit in with your lifestyle - for example evening sessions or lunchtime sessions. It also means that I work with clients from across the UK who would otherwise not be able to meet me.
You can expect the same offering from me as you would in person - it just means that we will be working via a screen. I believe that genuine connection can be created online, as well as in person.

I carry out online sessions from a private and confidential space. It is important that you also consider where you will be located for any sessions. You will need to ensure that you are in an environment that feels safe and private and where you can talk without interruption. I will send out some "top tips for online sessions" to help you get set up.

Sessions last 50 minutes and are open-ended, allowing you as much time and space as you need.

Sessions are on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays, with some evening availability.

You can read more about what to expect here.

In addition to online sessions, I offer in-person sessions and outdoor therapy.

Further information on sessions and fees can be found on my FAQ page, but do get in touch if you have any questions.

Book a Connection Call
I offer a FREE 15 - 20 MINUTE CONNECTION CALL
We can have a brief, informal chat — online or by phone — to explore whether working together feels like the right fit for you. This isn’t a therapy session, just a relaxed opportunity to ask any questions and to get a feel for how I work.

There is no obligation to book any sessions afterwards.
