Welcome

Hello and Welcome!

I am a BACP registered, person - centred counsellor supporting women through all stages of life. I work with women experiencing difficult life events (past and present), life stages / transitions and emotional challenges.  My areas of support include bereavement, low mood, anxiety, low self-esteem, family issues, relationship difficulties, loneliness... and more.

You can read more about the areas that I can help you with here.

I also specialise in perinatal and postnatal mental health, supporting women/birthing parents through pregnancy, early motherhood, and beyond.

You can read about how I help mums/birthing parents here.

Whatever you are facing, I offer a non - judgmental space, where your experiences will be held with compassion and understanding. Together, we will work towards helping you to feel better, to restore a sense of balance and to make meaningful and lasting change.

My counselling approach is supportive, compassionate, and tailored towards your individual needs. I also draw on the healing benefits of nature to support nervous system regulation, shifts in perspective and to restore emotional wellbeing.

I offer in-person counselling, outdoor therapy and online therapy - wherever we meet, I will always aim to create a warm, welcoming, and supportive space in which you can explore your thoughts and feelings openly. Together, we will untangle the complexities of whatever it is that you are going through and find a meaningful path forward.

I offer a FREE initial call and a reduced-cost first session. This gives you the chance to get a feel for how we might work together and to make sure you feel comfortable and supported from the very beginning.
